Vegetable fried rice

vegetable fried rice (For 6 persons)


Boiled rice 4 cup

Chopped garlic 1 tbsp

Soya sauce 4 tbsp

White pepper 1/2 tsp

Salt 2 n 1/2 tsp

Oil 1/2 cup

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Carrot fine chopped 1/2 cup

Peas 1 cup

Capsicum 1 fine chopped

Spring  onion 1 fine chopped

Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup


Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic till golden brown.

Then add vegetables and fry well

Now add soya sauce,white pepper,black pepper,and salt.

Then add rice and mix well.
