Healthy Mix vegetables

It is a healthy recipe with vegetables. It has all nutritious and healthy vegetables like carrot,peas,capsicum;green onion and cabbage. Lightly cook and stir fry the vegetables to keep them crunchy and  nutritious. It have low spices than other Desi mix veg recipes. Sesame seeds and chicken cubes adds on the flavors and aroma.

Ingredients:

2 green onions sliced

1tbsp garlic chopped

1 tsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp cooking oil

1 cup peas

1/2 cup carrots sliced

1 capsicum Julian cut

1 small Cabbage shredded

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp white pepper

1 tsp crushed red chilli

1 tsp crushed black pepper

2 green chillies chopped

1/4 cup chicken stock or 1 chicken cube

Method:

Saute green onion;garlic and sesame seeds in some oil.

 Then fry peas n carrots. Cover the Lid for 5 minutes.

 Then stir fry capsicum;green onion leaves , cabbage.

Now add salt;white pepper;crushed red chilli;crushed black pepper and green chillies. Now add in chicken stock or chicken  cube.

 Cook for only one minute and turn of the flame to keep the vegetables crunchy and  nutritious.
