Ingredients:

Onion 1 large chopped

Eggs 4

Butter or ghee 1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Tomatoes 4 chopped

Salt 1 tsp

Chili powder 3/4 tsp

Coriander powder 1 /2 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Turmeric 1/4 tsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

Heat butter,fry chopped onion fry until brown and  soft.

Now put chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander and cumin and fry it.


Now add 4 eggs and cover the lid ,do not  mix it until set.


 Then break the eggs.


keep on simmer for 5 minutes.


Serve with paratha……
