Roghni roti


wheat flour  4 cups

Ghee 4 tbsp

salt 1 n 1/2 tsp

Luke warm Milk 1/2 cup

Luke warm water as required

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.Knead well.keep the dough in a bowl and grease the top of the dough with oil.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator for rest.  


 After 15 minutes make chapatis and spread butter or ghee  at the top.IMG_3131
