Chick pea ,olive and bean Salad

Chickpea, olive and bean salad

It is a healthy protein salad recipe, which have chickpeas, kidney beans, olives and nutritious vegetables.
Ingredients
Boiled or canned  Red kidney beans 1 cup
Boiled or canned chickpeas 1 cup

olives sliced 4 tbsp

1 cucumber cut in cubes
1 chopped onion;

1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Method:

Take a bowl and add

1 tsp minced garlic,
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves,

1 tbsp lemon juice,

1 tsp salt,

1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil

Mix well. Now add boiled chick peas, boiled kidney beans, chopped cucumber and chopped onion.
Mix well and serve fresh salad.
