Puri paratha


All purpose flour 4 cup

Salt 1 tsp

Clarified butter or ghee 6 tbsp

Oil for frying

Water as required

Cooking Directions

Mix all purpose flour with salt and 4 tbsp clarified butter, mix  with water as required to a dough…

At the end, knead the dough with remaining 2 tbsp ghee till it becomes a soft dough..

Give rest ….keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes…

Now make balls with the flour dough.

Roll each ball and then deep fry in a large wok till golden brown.
