Egg halwa

Eggs 6
Milk 1/2 cup
sugar 3/4 cup
oil 1/4 cup
khoya or powdered milk 250 gm
cardamom pwd 1/4 tsp
yellow food colour or saffron 1 pinch

Beat eggs; milk and sugar.heat oil in a pan and turn off the flame mix khoya in hot oil.then turn on the low flame and add beaten mixture of eggs. Add cardamom and food colour and continuously stir.

when it becomes dry add almonds and pistachios and  serve.
