Spicy mutton chops

This is a special Bakra Eid recipe.

It is simple and easy to make recipe of Mutton chops which have Desi spices. It makes spicy and juicy chops. These mutton chops are not deep fried. Chops are cooked in pot and releases its own juices. So they are tender and have flavors of traditional Pakistani spices.


Mutton chops 12

garlic paste 1 tablespoon

ginger paste 1 tbsp

cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

chaat Masala 1 tsp

Red chilli pwd 1 tbsp

salt 1 n 1/2  tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

oil 2 tablespoons


Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a big pan or wok. Fry mutton chops with ginger n garlic paste .Now add all the remaining ingredients except chaat masala. Stir well. Then add 1/2 cup of water and cover the lid. Cook on low flame for 40 minutes. When chops are tender then fry well,till all water dries out. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
