Ingredients Of Sheer Khurma

1 liter fresh milk

1/2 cup vermicelli

1tbsp ghee

3 small cardamoms

4 soft dates, sliced

Few pistachio crushed

Few almonds crushed

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbsp khoya

Method Of Sheer Khurma

Boil fresh milk (do not use tetra pack milk for this recipe). Turn the heat low. Leave it at low flame till changes its colour and reduce to  45% amount.
Heat ghee in a frying pan and fry cardamoms and vermicelli on low heat till it turns light brown in colour.Then add nuts and fry for a second.


Then add it in boiled milk with sliced dates and sugar. Cook for five minutes.

when dates turn soft then add khoya.

Cook till milk start thickens. Garnish with nuts and serve hot or cold.
