Mutton ginger

Mutton with bones  1 kg

yogurt 1 cup

ginger paste 3/4 cup

garlic paste 1 tbsp

salt 2 tsp

Red chilli powder 1. Tsp

Fresh green chillies 8
oil 1/4 cup

coriander leaves 1/3 bunch

crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp


Heat oil in a pan fry onion and take out from oil…add mutton and fry on high flame. Then add ginger n garlic paste and fry well
  .Blend onion, yogurt; coriander leaves and green chillies and add in the mutton…Also add salt and some water……and leave to cook on high heat. 

When mutton is about to tender takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes..add black pepper.simmer for 5 minutes.
