Caramel Biscuit pudding

Ingredients

Tea biscuits or Marie biscuits 5

Eggs 3

Sugar 3/4 cup

Milk 2 and 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Method

Blend all the ingredients in blender.


Take a baking pan and make caramel of 2 tbsp of sugar by adding 2 tbsp of water..now pour blended mixture in a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
