Gajar kheer(gajreela)

Gajar ki Kheer
Milk 2 litre
sugar 1 cup
Rice flour half cup

Grated carrots 2

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Raisins 1/2 cup

Chopped almonds

khoya 100 gm(milk solids obtain from curdled milk)
boil milk add cardamom pwd and leave on low flame for one hour when its colour become brownish add rice flour and stir continuously with wooden spoon. cook 10 minutes then add grated carrots and sugar when kheer get thick texture add khoya and raisins and stir well.

 garnish with almonds and raisins. Serve cool
