Vegetable and chicken soup
Chicken boneless 300 gm (fine chopped)
Corn flour 4tbsp (diluted in 1 /2 cup water taken from 1 liter water)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Peas 1/4 cup
Boiled corn 1/4 cup
Cabbage 1/4 cup (shredded)
Carrot 1 (chopped)
Water 1 liter
Lemon juice or white vinegar 1 tsp
Red chili sauce 1 tbsp
Bring chicken and water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
Add black pepper and salt,peas,corn,carrot,chilli sauce, soy sauce and gently simmer on medium low heat for 10 minute.
Remove the scum that rises to the surface with the help of a spoon.
Add in cabbage and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Thicken the stock by adding the corn flour paste in a thin stream while slowly and gently stirring the soup in one direction.
Add the lemon juice.
Pour the soup in a pretty bowl and serve with chili sauce, soy sauce .
