Mix daal

Mix daal Recipe

I have added three lentils in this Mix daal recipe. Which are moong daal, Masoor daal and chana daal. All these have their own health benefits.

Moong dal is low in fat content and very high on protein. In fact, moong dal is considered to be one of the best plant-based sources of protein.

Masoor dal is known to be the supreme ingredient for most weight loss diets. … Its high fibre content slows down the digestion process, adding to its effect on weight loss. One cup of masoor dal as a meal is sufficient to provide you with all the essential vitamins, proteins and other nutrients.

Chana daal is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fiber, it offer a variety of health benefits, such as improving digestion, aiding weight management and reducing the risk of several diseases.
