Dhaba chicken masala

Dhaba chicken masala
Chicken 1 kg, cut into pieces)
Ghee 1/4 cup

Butter 4 tbsp

Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1n 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 n 1/2 tsp
Black pepper Pwd 1/2 tsp
cumin pwd 1 tsp
Medium size Fresh Ripe tomatoes 4(chopped)

Blended tomatoes 4 (medium size)

2 medium size onions (sliced)

Roasted coriander powder 2 tsp
Whole bullet Green chilies 6

Cooking Directions
Heat ghee in a wok.add butter and onions and fry till golden brown.

Take it out and blend with 4 tomatoes.

Fry  ginger garlic paste in same wok till it releases aroma.

Add blended mixture and cook on high flame till all water evaporates.

Then add chicken,salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cook nicely till the oil starts to float.
Now mix in chopped tomatoes, cook for some time till the tomatoes are a bit pulpy.
Now add coriander pwd,black pepper,cumin pwd.mix well and add  green chilies.

Simmer on low flame till the oil starts to float.

Take it off the flame.
