Vegetable Karahi


1 small cauliflower, cut in slices

1 n 1/2 cup green peas

2 small Potatoes,cut in cubes

1 green capsicum,cut in cubes

1 Carrot,cut in cubes

1 onion,cut in slice

4 Green chillies

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

3 tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp Garam masala powder

1  tsp red chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

Salt 1tsp

For Garnishing:
1 inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced

few coriander leaves


Step 1
Take a wok put oil and heat it up and fry onion until light pink.
Step 2
Then put garlic paste and fry, then put chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Step 3
Then put salt, red crushed chillies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and mix it well, then add vegetables and mix it well,add little bit of water and cook on steam until vegetables done.
Step 4
after 20 min put capsicum, green chillies, fresh coriander and ginger flakes .cook for more  2 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger and green chilies. Vegetable Karahi is ready to serve.
