Dried Apricot Delight

Apricot delight

Dried apricots, soaked in water 250 gm
Sugar 3/4 cup
Cooking Directions
Boil apricot in the same water that it was soaked in till tender.

cool it and
Crack open the apricot seeds

and blend with hand blender.

Cook apricot pulp with sugar on medium heat till the mixture thickens

.cool it.

For custard
Milk 1 litre
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla custard powder 6 tablespoons
Cooking Directions
For Custard: First dissolve custard powder in 1 cup milk.
Now heat remaining milk and add sugar to cook.
Then slowly pour custard and cook till it turns thick.
Cool it.
For decoration
Whippy whip Cream 200ml
Pink food colour 2 drops

Beat chilled cream till fluffy then add food colour.

Glazed cherries

Take serving bowls set apricot mixture.now pour custard and then pour cream.decorate with cherries and Almonds..refrigerate  and serve chilled.
