Baked Biscuit pudding with raisins

baked biscuit pudding with raisins
Tea biscuits or Marie biscuits 5
Eggs 3
Sugar 3/4 cup
Milk 2 and 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Blend all the ingredients in blender.

Take a baking pan and make caramel of 2 tbsp of sugar by adding 2 tbsp of water..

When sugar turns brown put raisins and press with spoon.

now pour blended mixture in baking pan.

bake for 40 take it out from oven and cover with a towel.Let it cool at room temperature for 2 hours.Then keep it in refrigerator..

  At the time of serving take it out from pan carefully on a serving dish…

Serve chilled…
