It is very healthy drink for all ages..It is a Nutritious drink to have during ramazan in Sehar or Iftaar..
Strawberries 1 and 1/2 cup chopped
Banana 1 big size
Sugar 6 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Chopped Almonds 10
Milk 3 cups chilled
Blend all the ingredients and serve chilled milk shake.
