Benefits of Watermelon

Watermelons are mostly water — about 92 percent — but this refreshing fruit is soaked with nutrients. Each juicy bite has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. There’s even a modest amount of potassium. Plus, this  summer fruit  is fat-free, very low in sodium and has only 40 calories per cup. In hot days of Ramadan if you have it in Iftar then it is very refreshing and nutritious.

Watermelon fizz

Ingredients

Watermelon 2 cup seedless cut into cubes

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Ice cube 1/2 cup

Salt n black paper pinch

Soda water(Sprite or 7up) 1/2 cup

Blend all together in a mixer serve chilled… It is a very nourishing and refreshing  drink ..
