Beef Shashlik Sticks

Today I am posting a Guest post winner recipe for Ramadan meals which has been sent by my sweet blog reader Hiba Siddiqui…..It is beef Shashlik recipe .

Beef Shashlik Ingredients::
Chicken/ Beef: 1/2 kg

Capsicums : 3

Tomatoes: 3

Onion: 2

Soya sauce: 2 tbsp

Chilli sauce: 2 tbsp

Vinegar: 1 tbsp

Red crushed chillies: 2 tbsp

Black pepper: 1 tbsp

Salt according to your taste
Instructions:

Cut all vegetables in cubes and put them in bowl and add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt ,black pepper and crushed red chillies. Mix them well and marinate it for 30 mins. If you are using beef then add garlic nd ginger paste and aother spices put it in cooker nad cook it for 20 mins. If you are using chicekn then dont cook it in cooker. Take shashlik sticks and put vegetables and meat and then shallow fry it on low flame.
