Chocalate chip crunch icecream
Whipy whip cream 1/2 kg
Condensed milk 1 tin
Coco powder 1/4 cup dissolve in 4 tbsp milk
Chocalate chips as required
Beat whipy whip cream on full speed 5 min when it start to become fluffy then add condense milk coco powder mixture and beat …when it become thick then add chocalate chip n mix well…now put it into air tight box n keep it in freezer overnight..decorate it with crunch,, perk chocalate or wafer biscuit..
Take a non stick pan ,cook 1/4 cup sugar on low flame with 1 tbsp water..when it turns brown then remove from flame.spread it on a greased tray.At the time of serving crush the crunch and put on top of Ice cream.
