Three cheese chicken Samosa

Samosa Sheets 4 dozen


1 kg Chicken Mince

4 Green Chilli, julienne

2 tbsp Cooking Oil

1tsp Crushed Chilli

chopped onion 1 small size

2 tsp Ginger garlic  Paste

salt 1 tsp

Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp

chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp

For filling

grated Chedder cheese

grated mozzarella cheese

cottage cheese

1. Heat oil in a wok, add onion,and ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.

2. Add minced chicken and crushed chili ,salt ,cumin powder,chaat masala ,green chilli and cook well until the meat is tender and the water is totally dried out.

3. Remove from heat and let it cool.Add all three cheese and mix well.

4. Take one samosa sheet, put small portion of mixture on samosa sheet and fold. Seal it with a runny batter of flour and water or egg whites. Repeat the same with all samosa sheets.freeze in Tupperware or ziplock bags..Use when needed..


For frying

In a big wok heat oil and fry samosas till golden brown.

Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
