Chicken and potato fried rolls
This is an easy recipe. You can make these ahead of time and freeze. These are good for Ramadan to keep frozen.
Potatoes 5 medium size (Boiled and mashed)
Chicken 200 gm 1 cup (boiled and shredded)
Salt 1 and 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Mayonise 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Egg 1 beaten
Corn flakes crumbs 1 cup (grind corn flakes in coffee grinder)
Take a bowl and mix in all the ingredients with mashed potatoes.Mix well.
Again keep them in freezer for 1 hour.
Then store them in ziplock bags in freezer
Deep fry till golden brown when needed.
Serve with ketchup or with your favourite sauce.
