Quick Kababi Murgh


chicken 750 gms cut into pieces

Oil 6 tbsp

Fresh Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp
Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp
For garnish

1 medium size Sliced onion
Bullet green chillies 2 chopped
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Heat oil in a pot and add chicken with all the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame.When all water released from chicken and yogurt dries out,then fry well.Now put a piece of burning coal on aluminium foil in the pot and cover the lid ..
Take out in a serving dish and garnish with onion,green chillies and coriander leaves.
