Bihari keema 


1kg beef mince
1tbsp meat tenderizer

1 cup yoghurt

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2tbsp Besan or  gram flour
2 tsp salt

2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp roasted coriander powder ,,, dhania powder 
1/2 tsp whole garam masala powder 

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 tsp Desicated coconut

Half cup oil

2 small onion  sliced

Coal for smoke

For garnish

Onion slices

Green chillies

Chopped coriander leaves

Fry 2 small sliced onion in oil once it get golden add ginger garlic paste and qeema fry a little ….then add all the remaining ingredients and one cup of water …….mix and cook on dum with lid tightly covered for 50 mins Be careful of water dries out u can add more water.
After 50 mins check the consistency if it is fine then give it a coal dum and your yummy Bihari Keema is ready… do check your masala if you want more spicy you may add seekh kabab masala later ….garnish with onion,green chillies and coriander leaves.

Serve with paratha and bbq chatni or green raita..
