Karahi kabab masala 

Karahi or handi kabab Masala

It is a quick desibeef meal recipe for dinner ,,It does  not have very hot spices.You can make kababs and freeze them.For dinner ,just make masala and add kababs.It is an easy and quick meal for Iftar or sehri too.
Ingredients for kabab

Mince ½ kg two times chopped

Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

Chili powder 1 tsp heaped

All spice 1 tsp heaped

Salt 1 tsp

Crushed coriander 1 tsp

Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp

Egg 1 beaten

Bread 2 slices soaked in water

Raw onion 1 grinded

Gram flour 1 tbsp

Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Ingredients for masala

Onion 2 medium size sliced

½ tsp turmeric

Salt 1 tsp

Chili powder 1 tsp

Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp

Oil ½ cup
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Method for kababs

Marinate mince with Ginger garlic 1 tbsp,turmeric, Chili powder 1 tsp heaped, All spice 1 tsp heaped, Salt 1 tsp, Crushed coriander 1 tsp, Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp, Egg 1 beaten, gram flour,onion paste,coriander leaves,Bread 2 slices soaked in water make into long kababs, pan fry give dum of coal, keep aside,.
Method to make masala,
heat oil in a wok/Karahi.Now fry onion till golden and add tomatoes..fry for 5 minutes …add  little water,salt, chili powder, turmeric,ginger garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder.. fry well till oil separates. add kababs, cook on low flame for 10 minutes (on dum). Serve with roti,paratha or with roghni naan.
