  • ** Eid ul Azha special recipe
    Malai koftay
    Ingredients:
    Mince 250 g
    Almond grinded 1 tbsp
    Garlic paste half tsp
    Fenugreek seed 1 tsp
    All spice half tsp
    Black pepper crushed half tsp
    Salt half tsp
    Cream 1 tbsp
    Corn flour 1 tbsp
    For Gravy*
    Cashews nut grind ed 15
    Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
    Green chilli paste 1tsp
    Garam masala half tsp
    Black pepper half tsp
    Oil half cup
    Cinnamon 1 stick
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
    Method for kofty,
    Put all together in a chopper and grind to a fine paste make into small balls .keep aside.
    Method for gravy
    Heat oil add garlic ginger past all the spices cashewnut paste yogurt half cup mix with 2 tbsp brown onion grinded, add koftas. Cook till oil come on top lastly add 1/2 cup milk kasuri meethi lemon juice leave it on dum
