Raw beef mince Kabab
Beef mince 1 and 1/2 kg
Brown Onion 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 medium piece or 1tbsp paste
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste or meat tenderiser 1 tbsp
Chopped Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
Green chilies 3
Salt 2 tsp
Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp
Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Shan Seekh Kabab Masala 1/2 packet or 25 gms
Oil 2 tbsp
Chop all above ingredients except oil and coriander leaves in a chopper ideally 4-5 minutes.Add coriander leaves.
leave them to marinate for 6-8 hours.
For better result you can fry these kababs in ghee.
Fry on medium high heat till done.Make sure they are perfectly cook from centre.Turn the heat high at end to give nice colour.
Serve with ketchup or sauces.
