Fried Chicken Strips

 Fried Chicken Strips
Boneless Chicken (cut into thin strips) 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Mustard powder 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Take a bowl and Mix all the ingredients with chicken.Mix well .Keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Then heat oil in a wok for deep frying.Deep Fry chicken strips on medium high heat till golden brown.Serve with ketchup or with your favourite sauce.
