Sirkay wala Tala hua gosht


Boneless beef cut into cubes 1/2 kg

Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper powder 1tsp

Vinegar (Sirka)1 tablespoon

Chaat masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

Oil 2 tablespoons


Take a pot,put beef and 2 cups of water.Add salt,black pepper powder, vinegar and ginger garlic paste.Boil beef till tender .Let the water dry.Now add oil and fry beef boti.Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
