White gram with Spinach

Ingredients

urad daal/White gram (Maash daal) 1/2 cup (soak 15 minutes)

Salt 1 tsp

Ginger paste 4 tbsp

Grinded green chillies 8-10

Chopped Spinach 2 cups

Method

Boil lentil with 2 glasses of water and salt.When lentil becomes tender add ginger paste ,grinded chilli paste and spinach.cook for 10 minutes ..Now it is ready to serve.
