Vegetable Raita

Vegetable Raita recipe::

People usually prefer to make raita during the hot weather or summer season. Since it is made from yogurt and it has cooling properties. This is a healthy raita recipe because it has chopped vegetables.

Vegetable Raita Pakistani


Fresh yogurt 250 gms

Salt 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Chopped tomato 1

Chopped cucumber 1

Chopped onion 1

Chopped Mint leaves 2 tbsp

Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Chopped green chilli 1

Fine chopped carrot 1 small size


Beat yogurt and add salt and pepper.  Add all the chopped vegetables. Mix well and serve with biryani or pulao..
