Easy Moist chocolate cupcakes with Nutella icing
Flour 1 cup sifted
Grinded Sugar 1 cup
Cocopowder 1/4 cup sifted
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Baking soda 3/4 tsp
Oil or melted butter or olive oil 1/4 cup
Milk 1 /2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1/2 cup boiling water..
Preheat oven to 180°c….
Line up muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners.grease with oil and dust flour.
Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Take a bowl and add egg , oil ,grinded sugar ,vanilla essence and milk;beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. .Now add dry mixture.Mix well .Then pour hot boiling water..Mix well (Batter will be thin.) Pour into lined, greased and floured ,muffin pan.Bake 20 minutes on middle rack of the oven.Cool cupcakes 10 minutes before removing from pan. Then Cool on wire rack .
For Nutella and chocolate Icing
Grated Milk chocolate or chocolate chips 100 gms
Butter 1 tsp
Milk 1 tablespoons
Nutella chocolate spread 2 tablespoons
Coco powder 1 tbsp
White Chocolate chips
Melt chocolate on double boiler and add milk ,Nutella,coco and butter .Stir well and spread on cup cakes .decorate with white chocolate chips.
