Malai Murgh Tikka

Ingredients
Chicken tikka pieces 11 (leg and thigh pieces) or 2.5 kg Chicken pieces
Make cuts on chicken pieces ,not so deep
Wash and then dry it with paper towel..
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Yogurt 1 and 1/4 cup beaten
cumin powder 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice 2 and 1/2 tablespoons

Salt 3 tsp

crushed brown onion 4 tbsp

Green chilli paste 5 tbsp or (25 grinded green chillies)
Fine chopped or grinded coriander leaves 6 tbsp
Black pepper powder 3 tsp
White pepper powder 2 tsp
Butter or oil 4 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Method
Marinate Chicken with all ingredients ..Leave It in refrigerator for 3 hours..Marination of 3 hours will make the meat tender and will give it melt in the mouth like creamy texture.

cook on Charcoal grill. .
Serve with chutney,raita,paratha and salad.
