Shami Donut kabab

Ingredients:
Beef Mince                    1 kg
Potatoes (medium)            3
Green Chilies                    8
Chana Daal                    1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic                    2 tbsp
Eggs                            2
Mint (chopped)                ½ bunch
All spice/garam masala   powder   1 tsp
Black Pepper   powder              1 tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped)    ½ bunch
Red Pepper (crushed)            2 tbsp

Method:
Put together in a pot ,meat,Ginger garlic paste, salt, and daal ,boil with 2 cups water till water dries off completely and minced meat is tender . Cool add green chilies & blend well all in chopper, than add in all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Wet your hands and Shape the meat into a round shape, like  doughnut ..You can make and freeze them for later use.

fry them on high flame.
