Pasta for kids
Raw Pasta 2 cups
Oil 2 teaspoon
Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 3/4 teaspoon
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 teaspoon
Vegetable and chicken stock 1/4 cup
Red chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
- Boil pasta according to package directions.
- For stock,,,Take a pot and add chopped green onion,carrot,water,garlic,ginger and chicken ..cook on low flame till chicken is tender and stock thickens .Strain the stock on strainer..use as required and reserve the rest for later use.
- Heat oil in a pan.Fry garlic till golden .Now add pasta ,tomato paste and mix well.
- Then add all the remaining ingredients and stock.
- Mix well and serve.
