Beef Bong yukhni shorba

Some people asked that What can we cook from Beef Bong meat except Nihari?Some people does not Like Nihari or Paya ,because it has a lot of oil .I made this shorba with yukhni of beef bones(Gool  wali hadi)and bong meat/Shank meat..


Beef bones 1/2 kg

Beef bong meet 1 kg (cleaned and cut into small pieces)

Garlic paste 4 tbsp

Ginger paste 4 tbsp

Salt 1 and 1/2 tsp

Onions 4 medium (sliced)

Red chilli powder1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Methi daana 1/2 teaspoon

Yogurt 1 cup

Shan paya masala 1 tbsp

Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder roasted 2 tsp

Fennel seed (saunf)powder 1 tsp

Oil 1/2 cup

For Garnishing/Serving:

Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Take a pot and add beef bones with 2 glasses of water.Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.cook on low flame for 1 hour.

Heat oil in another pan and fry onions until golden brown.

Take fried onions out and blend with methi daana (fenugreek seeds) and yogurt to make smooth paste.

Add meat pieces to oil and fry on medium flame.

Add ginger garlic paste, fry well.
Add yogurt and onion paste.

Now add all the spices and salt.

Add yukhni with bones and 1 glass of water,cook on low flame for 2 hours .

Cook until oil seems to be separated.
Serve with ingredients listed for serving and hot naan.
