Spicy Chicken Spaghetti, ,Pakistani style
Raw Spaghetti 250 gms
Carrot fine chopped 1/2 cup
Capsicum fine chopped 1/4 cup
Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Fine chopped onions 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 3/4 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Boil 200 gms of chicken with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,2 green cardamoms ,1 bay leaf,4 cloves and 2 cups of water on low flame..reserve the stock and shred the chicken pieces.
Boil 250 gms of spaghetti according to package directions..Strain on a strainer and keep aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.Fry onions till light golden.Fry garlic till golden brown.keep stirring to avoid burning.Now add ginger paste and fry .Now add boiled chicken tomato paste,capsicum and carrot.fry for 2 minutes then add 1 cup of chicken stock(yakhni),boiled spaghetti and all the remaining ingredients.Cook on high flame for few minutes till yukhni water dries out.
