Afghani Mutton Chops


Mutton Chops 35 pieces

Salt 2 tsp

White vinegar 2 tablespoons

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Raw papaya paste 2 tablespoons

Ginger paste 2 tablespoons

Garlic paste 1 tablespoons


Wash mutton chops and let them dry on strainer.Now take a large container and  rub all ingredients properly.Marinate overnight.For better results keep marinated for 2  days because chops take longer time on charcoal grill.

Cook on Charcoal grill from both sides for 40 minutes.Brush with some oil.Keep checking and Turn occasionally.
