Easy Moist Chocolate Blender Cake
This moist chocolate cake recipe is easy and do not create any mess because it is made in blender.Save time without sacrificing taste with this easy cake recipe.Do not overmix the batter otherwise you will get a rubbery product.
Serves 12 persons
Flour 1 cup sifted
Grinded Sugar 1 cup
Cocopowder 1/4 cup sifted
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Baking soda 3/4 tsp
Vegetable Oil or melted butter or olive oil 1/4 cup
Milk 1 /2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1/2 cup boiling water..
Preheat oven to 180°c….
Grease bundt pan with oil and dust flour.
Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Take a blender jug and add egg , oil ,grinded sugar ,vanilla essence and milk;blend for 2 to 4 minutes. .Now add dry mixture. Just blend for 5 seconds to Mix well .Then pour hot boiling water. Just blend for more 5 seconds to Mix well. (Batter will be thin.)
For Chocolate Ganache topping,,
Melt 1/2 cup of shredded cooking chocolate on double boiler with half cup whiping cream.Stir well.
Pour the batter into a greased bundt cake pan.Clean the blender jug with rubber spatula to take out all the batter. Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. If you are using round pan then it will take 30 to 40 minutes to bake.Allow it to cool and then slice and serve it. Any chewiness means you overworked the flour. Next time you attempt the recipe in a blender, stop pulsing the flour a few seconds sooner than you did on the first attempt.
First add wet ingredients in blender and blend well.Then add dry ingredients..Do not overmix the dry ingredients.
Allow it to cool completely and then remove from pan.
Spread warm chocolate ganache immediately on top of bundt cake.
