Chick pea and beans protein Salad
It is a healthy protein salad recipe, which have chickpeas, kidney beans and white beans.
Boiled or canned Red kidney beans 1 cup
Boiled or canned chickpeas 1 cup
Boiled white beans 1/2 cup
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Boil kidney beans, chick peas and white beans separately till tender.
Take a bowl and add
1 tsp minced garlic,
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice,
1 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Mix well. Now add boiled chick peas, boiled kidney beans, and boiled white beans.
Mix well and serve fresh salad.
