Immunity booster Kehwa/tea
This kehwa/tea boosts the immunity.
It has antibacterial effects outside of the mouth and may treat infections.
It is rich in compounds that may fight inflammation.
Its compounds may help increase airflow to your lungs and improve breathing.

5 cups water
2 inch cinnamon stick
4 pods green cardamom
1 tsp kalonji/Nigella seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds/ methi daana
2 teaspoons honey or to taste
In a saucepan, combine the water, cinnamon, cardamom,kalonji and methi daana .
Bring to a boil and continue simmering for about five minute.
Remove from heat, strain into cups, and add honey to taste.
