Boti kabab with camel meat
Deep Fry 1 sliced onion till golden brown.take it out from oil.
Now fry 1 inch piece of ginger 6 cloves of garlic.13 red chillies ,1 tbsp peanuts in same oil.
Take them out from oil.
Grind all fried ingredients with 4 tbsp yogurt and 4 tbsp oil.now add 1 tsp salt,8 tbsp raw papaya paste ,1 tbsp roasted gram flour and 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
Marinate 1.5 kg camel meat with this mixtue for 4 hours or more.
Now put on skewers and cook on charcoal grill.
