beef shami kababs (frozen)


Boneless beef 1 kg

Cloves of garlic 10
Ginger 1″ piece
Coriander 2 tbsp chopped
Peppercorns 4
Cloves 3
Cardamoms 2
Cinamon 1 inch stick
Gram lentils soaked  2 cup
Green chillies (chopped) 4
Egg 1or 2
Onion (sliced) 1
Green chillies 2
Salt  3 tsp
Red chillies 13
Oil for frying
1 Onion chopped
Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Cooking Directions
In a pot add beef with garlic, ginger, onion slice,peppercorns, cloves,red chilli ,lentils,cinamon,salt and cardamom add 4 cups of water and cook till the beef and lentils get tender.

Now chop it in chopper or use sill

Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, coriander,chopped onion and chopped green chillies.
Mix well and add eggs for binding.

Shape flat round kababs and keep them in freezer.

Shallow fry when needed.
