Beef shami kababs (frozen)



Boneless beef 1 kg

Cloves of garlic 10
Ginger 1″ piece
Coriander 2 tbsp chopped
Peppercorns 4
Cloves 3
Cardamoms 2
Cinamon 1 inch stick
Gram lentils soaked  2 cup
Green chillies (chopped) 4
Egg 1or 2
Onion (sliced) 1
Green chillies 2
Salt  3 tsp
Red chillies 13
Oil for frying
1 Onion chopped
Yogurt 2 tablespoons

Cooking Directions

In a pot add beef with garlic, ginger, onion slice,peppercorns, cloves,red chilli ,lentils,cinamon,salt and cardamom add 4 cups of water and cook till the beef and lentils get tender.

Now chop it in chopper or use sill

Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, chpped coriander and mint leaves,chopped onion and chopped green chillies.
Mix well and add eggs for binding.

Shape flat round kababs and keep them in freezer.

Store in ziplock bags in freezer. Shallow fry when needed.
