minced meat in a wok
Beef or lamb  Minced meat 1 kg

Ginger  paste 2 tbsp

Garlic paste 2 tbsp

Medium size Onion 4 sliced
Medium size Tomatoes 5 chopped
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Green chilies 4 to 6
Red chili 1 tbsp (ground)
Salt 1 n1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Whole Red chilli 4
Oil 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a wok .Fry onion till golden brown and take out from oil.keep aside .in same oil fry ginger garlic paste .
Add minced meat and fry well.
Add salt, ground red chili, cumin powder,garam masala pwd,coriander powder,whole red  chili, tomato and water.

cook until the meat is tender

Put the lid on and leave it to cook.
When mince meat is tender then  add brown onion,green chillies and coriander to it.
Serve it with chapatti or puri.
