Ingredients
Beef ½ kg
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Onion 2 big cut in slices
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomato 1 big
All Spice powder 1/4 tsp
Lady finger 25o gm(cut head and tail)
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pan add onion and fry till golden brown.now blend onion with tomato and yogurt,fry beef and ginger garlic.then add whole garam masala 1 tsp .now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt ,blended onion .fry well till oil separates.
Now add 2 cups of hot water.simmer till oil separates and meat tenders.
Now add lady finger and all spice powder and simmer for 15 minutes.
