Pan chicken wings with peri peri sauce
Chicken wings 1/2 kg
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Crushed Garlic – 3 cloves,,,1 tbsp
Red Chili flakes – ½ tsp
Black Pepper powder – 1 /2 tsp
Salt – 1 /2 tsp levelled
Red chilli powder 1 /2 teaspoon
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Marinate chicken wings with all the ingredients.
Heat a non stick pan and fry the chicken wings pieces for about 6-8 min on high flame turning the sides in between. Reduce the flame, cover the pan with a lid and cook till done (20 minutes)turning the sides occasionally.
