Green chilli pickle 

Kachri(green chilli pickle)

Green chillies 1 kg roughly chopped(dry)

Garlic 3/4 cup

+ 1/4 cup oil (grind)

Khatai pwd 1 packet

salt 2 tsp

Heat a frying pan and dry roast cumin 1 tsp; kalonji 1 tsp ; saunf 1 tsp ;fenugreek seed 1 tsp and make powder all in coffee grinder.

Heat frying pan and add green chillies.continuously stir till its colour gets change.Then add garlic paste; khatai powder ; grinded Masala powder ; and 1 cup oil mix well for 1 min and turn off the flame.keep it in dry glass jar .
