Raw beef mince Kabab

It is Bakra Eid special recipe. You can make these kabas for bakra Eid dawat. I made these from qurbani meat. It has a special ingredient from qurbani that is kidney fat. Ask your butcher to separate out kidney fat and save it for Barbecue party or for making kachay qeemay k kabab . This fat makes good kababs. If you do not have kidney fat then add other soft fat that can be chopped in food processor. I have added kidney fat with boneless meat and chopped both in food processor.

Another tip is to fry these kababs in banaspati ghee. It will give better results.

Ingredients

Beef mince 4 kg

Brown Onion 5 tbsp

2 tbsp garlic paste

Garlic paste 2 tbsp

Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp or meat tenderiser 2 tbsp

Chopped Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch

Green chilies 5

Salt 4 tsp

Roasted coriander powder 1 tbsp

Roasted gram flour 3 tbsp

Red chilli powder 4 tsp
Shan Seekh Kabab Masala 1 packet or 50 gms
Oil or ghee or kidney fat 4 tbsp

Instructions

Chop out Beef mince 4 kg

in a chopper /food processor

ideally 4-5 minutes with 

Brown Onion 5 tbsp,2 tbsp garlic paste,

Garlic paste 2 tbsp,

Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp or meat tenderiser 2 tbsp,

Green chilies 5,

Salt 4 tsp,

Roasted coriander powder 1 tbsp

Roasted gram flour 3 tbsp

Red chilli powder 4 tsp and
Shan Seekh Kabab Masala 1 packet or 50 gms

Then Add coriander leaves and oil.

Leave them to marinate for 6-8 hours.

 


Apply oil on hands. Make kebab in your required round shape. Keep them in freezer for later use. Store in tightly sealed zip lock bags to avoid freezer burn.
